Bring Opera to Your School!
At Opera of the Plains, we are passionate about introducing the next generation to the magic of opera. Our performances are thoughtfully designed for school-age students, blending well-known operatic works with familiar fairy tales to create engaging, age-appropriate shows. By rewriting the lyrics in English and adapting the stories to resonate with young audiences, we make opera approachable, fun, and memorable. These performances spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and demonstrate that opera is an art form everyone can enjoy.
The Panhandle Gives
Get ready to give! On November 24th – December 2nd, visit thepanhandlegives.org and make a donation to us and/or to any of the great participating nonprofit organizations in The Panhandle Region. All giving will end at 11:59PM on December 2, so make sure to get your gift in on time!
